Practical mushroom packaging technology

Flammulina velutipes, also known as mushroom, or mushroom, is named for its fruit body shape, which is mainly produced in winter and presents golden yellow. Flammulina has a long history of cultivation and many methods. Now the new practical bag technology with high economic benefits and simple method is introduced as follows. First, the culture material configuration 1, sawdust (leaved hardwood) 78%, wheat bran 20%, sucrose 1%, gypsum 1%, water 1.2-1.5 times. 2, 78% cottonseed hull, wheat bran 20%, sucrose 1%, gypsum 1%, water 1.2-1.5 times. 3, cottonseed hull 95%, corn flour 3%, 1% lime, gypsum 1%, water 1.2-1.5 times. The sawdust, cottonseed hulls and other main ingredients are mixed together, and the sugar and the like are dissolved in water and then mixed into the material and used. Second, bagging sterilization, inoculation Polypropylene plastic bag length and width of 3516 cm, after the material is evenly mixed into the bag, the volume of the bag is about 60% of the volume, each bag of wet material 1-1.5 kg, one end of the bag Tighten the tear film, put the plastic ring on the other end of the bag, and plug the tampon. It is then sterilized at a pressure of 1.5 kg/cm2 for 40 minutes. No high-pressure device can use soil steamer or steamer to evaporate for 6-8 hours. When the temperature drops below 30 degrees, a bottle of bacteria can inoculate 50-60 bags. The inoculation should be performed under aseptic conditions and care must be taken to comply with the aseptic procedures. Third, 3 to 5 days before the cultivation of mycelium, the room temperature should be controlled between 20-23 degrees. When the mycelium germinates and colonizes, keep the room temperature between 25-28 degrees and reduce the ventilation. After 3-4 days, the mycelium sprouted and grew to a full length, reducing the room temperature to about 23 degrees. Relative humidity is controlled at around 70-80%. Ventilate 1-2 times a day for 20 minutes each time. Generally 20-30 days later, the hyphae can be full of bags. Fourth, the mushroom will be filled with mycelium material bags into the cultivation room in the mushroom, keep the room temperature 12-17 °C, air relative humidity of about 85%. Ten days later, buds emerged and the tampon was pulled to promote the growth of fruit bodies. Keep air relative humidity 85-90%, and give a certain amount of scattered light. The mushroom room is ventilated once a day for 20-30 minutes. When the mushroom is used, the old mycelium on the surface of the mouth of the bag must be scraped off, which is called the bacterium, in order to facilitate the growth of the new mycelium. Before spraying water, the bag should be covered with an old newspaper to prevent the water droplets from falling onto the stipe and turning brown. When the small fruit body appeared, the room temperature was lowered to 4°C, temporarily inhibiting the growth of the leading mushroom and waiting for more mushroom buds to appear. After 10 days, return to room temperature about 15 degrees, control the relative humidity of air about 90-95%. Put a paper tube about 10 centimeters around the mouth of the bag and breathe through the small holes around it. In this way, the grown stipe is long and brittle, neat and not bent. The needle mushroom cultivated by this method can produce 4-6 pounds per bag, and the biological efficiency can reach more than 60%, ranking first in all kinds of cultivation methods.
