The operation of the engine at the highest speed will also accelerate the wear of the engine's frictional surfaces and cause the parts to be scrapped in advance. The correct use method is: Reasonable grouping to make the tractor work at full load; when full load operation cannot be achieved, the gear should be changed, such as using high gear and working under medium and low throttle; such as pumping irrigation and processing When the operation is still not able to achieve the goal according to the above operations, the transmission ratio should be changed, and the speed of the work implement should be increased by increasing the pulley diameter of the power output shaft without applying the method of increasing the throttle. Before the start of spring, summer and autumn, the crankshaft is not cranked. Before the winter tractor driver starts the tractor, it often cranks the crankshaft 10-20 revolutions before starting, while the other seasons do not crank the crankshaft. The reason for this practice is that the winter oil viscosity is not easy to lubricate the friction surface of the various parts of the body, while the high temperature season, the oil viscosity is small, easy to make the lubricant to reach the friction surface, this is a misunderstanding. In fact, the opposite is true. After the locomotive is parked overnight, the oil has a lower viscosity in the warm season, especially in the hot summer, than in winter. The oil on the surface of the journal is more likely to flow out on its own, and the friction surfaces are nearly oil-free before starting. When cranking the engine, the crankshaft journals and bushes, piston rings, and cylinder liners all work in a semi-dry state for a period of time before the oil pump has pumped the oil to the various friction surfaces. According to friction theory, this semi-dry friction will increase the wear and tear, leading to premature scrapping of these important components and shortened engine life. Therefore, before starting the engine, crankshaft should be cranked regardless of winter or other seasons. Some drivers do not install a thermostat during the warm season. In winter, the engine should be equipped with a thermostat to increase the water temperature, while other seasons do not require a thermostat. This is also a misunderstanding. The thermostat is installed in the cooling system of the engine. The purpose is to control the flow of cooling water to the radiator to ensure that the temperature of the cooling water is rapid under different loads of the engine. Usually within 3-5 minutes, the operating temperature is reached. 80-90°C, to help reduce engine wear, give full play to its power and economy, and extend its service life. Therefore, do not remove the thermostat in spring, summer and autumn. If it is damaged, repair it or replace it in time. Repairing with replacement parts At present, it is common to use replacement parts repairs instead of plans to prevent repairs. Some drivers even replaced some of the important parts that can be repaired during the maintenance period, causing unnecessary economic losses. The correct approach is to identify the engine parts and divide them into two groups. One group has already reached the limit of repairs, cannot be repaired at all, or can be repaired but has no repair conditions, or the cost of repairs is too high. If the time is too long and the agricultural time is delayed, replacements should be used. This is not scrapped, but it is replaced with new ones. The old ones are repaired and replaced. The other group is able to repair, and the cost is lower, should be repaired, can not be replaced. Using this kind of repair method can not only greatly reduce the cost of repairs, but also improve the quality of repairs.
