Professor Chen Guorong of East China University of Science and Technology and the researchers of the Rhône-Alpes region of France have synthesized unsaturated mannose glycosides for the first time in China. The results have passed the appraisal hosted by the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission. Experts believe that this result has important value for the research of natural products sugar analogues innovative drugs. Researchers have for the first time synthesized at home and abroad fifteen new carbon-glycoside compounds of terpenoids and allyls. According to the results of the biological activity tests conducted by the National Center for New Drug Screening, it was found that allyl carbonoglycoside compounds have a good in vitro immune regulation.
