First, test conditions and methods

1. Pond, gutter situation. The pond area is 2hm2 and the river drainage area is 1.2hm2. The average water depth during the breeding season is above 1.8m. Ponds and rivers are stocked as usual. The water quality of aquaculture water is good, no pollution, pH value is about 6.8, and the dissolved oxygen is rich. The transparency of pond water is about 35cm, and the transparency of river water is about 50cm.

2. Cage specifications. The cage is 8m long, 3m wide and 1m high (0.5m above water and underwater). Adopt a polyethylene mesh with good texture, dense mesh, and tight mesh. The size of the mesh depends on the specifications of the cultured jaundice, and it is based on the principles of not escaping and facilitating the exchange of water inside and outside the box.

3. Cage settings. A total of 70 cages were set up in the 3.2 hm2 water surface, of which 38 were in the pond and 32 in the fluvial. The cage spacing is about 3m. In the pond, each cage is fixed with six bamboo piles. Because of the large change in water level in the river channel, floating cages are used to allow the tank to naturally rise and fall as the water level changes. A week before Huang Fang stocking, the newly made cages were soaked in water and a layer of biofilm was attached to the surface of the mesh to make them softer so that the jaundice could not be affected by scratches on the body surface. Each cage is set up with 1 and 2 foodstuffs with an area of ​​about lm2. The food table is about 20cm away from the water surface.

4. Artificially transplanting aquatic plants. Water peanuts are transplanted into cages, covering about 80% of the cage area. This can not only play a role in purifying water quality, but also provide a shelter for the yellow locust, which is conducive to growth. The transplanted water peanuts are best washed with roots and then soaked in 50 g of salt water for about 10 minutes to prevent grasshoppers and other harmful organisms from entering the tank with grass.

5. Stocking (1) Stocking of fish. Use clear lime to clear the pond before stocking. Qianchi Clear Pond uses 120kg of quick lime per 1,000 square meters, and after the disappearance of its medicinal properties, it will stock 1200kg of fish species on January 25th, with an average of 60kg per dry square meter. The fingerlings were bathed with 40 g of salt water for 15 min. The river ditch was directly stocked on January 28 and stocked a total of 260 kg, with an average of 26.75 kg per thousand square meters. The fish body was sterilized with the pond. (2) stocking. The stocking stocks are mainly wild-type seeds that have been caught in cricket cages from paddy fields, ditches and other waters. The average body weight is above 35g, and the largest one is over 100g. The specifications for stocking in each cage are as consistent as possible to prevent mutual feeding. The species required for stocking are lively and robust, disease-free, injury-free, and smooth and shiny. There are three types of body color: yellow, cyan, and red. Yellow spots are the best and grow fastest. Cyan are the second. A total of 3040kg of astragalus were stocked in 70 cages, of which 1824kg were stocked in 38 cages in ponds (an average of 48kg per box, 2kg per square meter); 1216kg were put in 32 cages in a riverbed (average per box) 38kg, 1.6kg per square meter). In addition, 2 to 3 kg of loach are also stocked in each cage, which uses the upstream and downstream habits of the loach to play a part of oxygenation. Loach and yellow peony do not have to fight for food, can clear the yellow bastard bait, but also prevent the yellow bastard because of the density in the calm water intertwine, reduce the occurrence of disease. The stocking work began on April 15, 1999, and ended on September 25. Before each stocking, the carcasses were sterilized with 20 mg/L KMnO4 or 30 g/l saline, and the soaking and disinfection time was determined according to the water temperature and the actual tolerance of Astragalus membranaceus. With KMnO4 generally soaked for 20 minutes, salt water is generally 5-10min.

6. Feeding method. Cage cultured yam must first be well-fed. Freshly stocked Astragalus should be fed after 3-4 days. At the beginning, the amount of feed should be small, and the wolfberry should be incorporated into conventional feeds that will be used for a long time in the future, such as wheat flour, silkworm cocoon powder, small junk fish, and snail meat. It is generally better to mix the several feeds into strips and put them on the food table at regular intervals. The feeding time was initially about 1 hour before sunset every day, and once on the day; after the end of domestication, the daily injection was 2 times, that is, once at 9:00 in the morning. The amount of feed in the morning accounts for about 30% of the whole day. The specific daily feed is mainly based on the weather, water temperature, water quality, and activity of the yellow peony. In principle, it usually takes about 2 hours after each feed.

7. Daily feeding and management. The first is to do a good job of feeding. It is best to store the quail species in each cage on the same day, and do not exceed 2 days at most. Otherwise, it will cause difficulties in domestication. After the success of domestication, feeding was conducted according to the principle of "quadruple determination" of qualitative, quantitative, fixed-point, and regular timing. The second is to have special personnel responsible for feeding and management, the main growth period from the end of April to the end of October. The cages should be patrolled twice a day, morning and evening, to check if the nets are damaged and whether the meshes are blocked. Observe the activities and eating habits of the jaundice regularly. After the heavy rain, adjust the depth of the cages in the pond according to the water level. During the flood season, we must also pay attention to preventing branches and debris that are rushed by floods from scratching the cages and causing escape. The third is to remove the dirt from the cage regularly, remove the dead fish in time, and wash the cage regularly to ensure the exchange of water inside and outside the tank. Peanuts that have already died should be removed and replaced with new ones in a timely manner. The residual baits on the food table should be removed in time to prevent them from spoiling and affecting the water quality.

8. Disease prevention and control. Diseases rarely occur in wild Astragalus, but in the case of artificial high-density rearing, due to changes in ecological conditions, it is prone to diseases, so we must do a good job in disease prevention and control, and implement the principle of “prevention from the main, disease and early management”. In 1999, the main diseases of a few cages were minor bleeding, rotting tails, enteritis, and leech disease. As a result of preventive measures, the disease was promptly treated after the disease was found and the disease was controlled. In order to prevent rickets, in addition to selecting good quail species and sterilizing carcasses when they are stocked, use bleach or chlorine dioxide to hang bags every month from May to September. Hang 2 bags per carton. 150g; In addition to the feed into the "fish Kangda" or "Fulingling" feeding, once every two weeks, even for 3d. Once a disease occurs, it should be prescribed according to the condition. Due to the slow exchange of water in the pond, the water of the cage can be disinfected directly with drugs. In the ditch, due to the flow of water, when the medicine is splashed in the cage, the cage must be surrounded with plastic film or color strips in advance so that the water can not be exchanged temporarily. Then the water in the tank is disinfected and disinfected according to the concentration of the bath. Time depends on the ability of Huang Xi to endure.

Second, the test results after several months of careful feeding, to January 30, 2000, the general stock of fish ponds and cages were all listed on the market. According to statistics, 3.2hm2 of ponds, rivers, and their cages produced a total of 13345.6kg of fish, and the total output value was 269648 yuan. The total profit was 164,258 yuan. Among them, the adult fish yield was 9,120 kg, the production value was 58,368 yuan, and the profit was 32,278 yuan. The adult fish yield and production value were higher than those of the uncultivated radix astragali in 1998. The 70 cages produced a total of 4225.6 kg of astragalus, with an output value of 21,1280 yuan. The cost of aquaculture was removed, and the profit was 13,1980 yuan. The input-output ratio was 1:2.7. Among them, 38 cages in the pond produced a total of 2644.8 kg of astragalus, with an average of 72 kg per box, and 3 kg per square meter; 32 cages in the canal produced a total of 1580.8 kg of astragalus, an average of 49.4 kg per box, and 2.1 kg per square meter. From the results of the experiment, the use of cages to raise Astragalus mongoides in river ravines and ponds not only does not affect the adult fish production in the ponds, but also increases the adult fish production. What is more important is the high output value of Huanghua, which makes full use of the productivity of water bodies and further improves the economic benefits of breeding ponds and rivers.

Third, summary 1. From the test results, the establishment of cages in the ponds and ditches to raise Astragalus membranaceus not only does not affect the original adult fish yield, but also can increase the yield, because the residual baits and excrement of Astragalus membranaceus can play a role of fertilizer and water. Improve the production of "fat fish". On the other hand, raising fish and fish in the trenches can purify the water, which is beneficial to the growth of Astragalus membranaceus. The use of existing trenches to develop cages to raise earthworms requires no investment in specialized ponds, but it can increase aquaculture production and efficiency.

2. The experimental pond cage was stocked in April and its meat multiplication ratio was 1.45; while the river ditch net cage was only stocked in early June, and the meat multiplication ratio was only 1.3. The average species weight of the stock that was stocked in April was 200g. At the end of November, the average weight was 0.4kg. It can be seen that the sooner the stocking time is, the larger the size of the species, the higher the yield and economic efficiency.

3. The test cages are all open-mouthed. Although no escape has occurred, in order to do a good job of anti-escape work, improvement should be made in the future.
