2Increase the diesel recovery device. Bicycle spoke caps can be used instead of hollow screws to weld on the tank. Plastic pipes can also be used to connect the return pipe on the nozzle to the hollow screw so that the return oil flows into the tank.
4. More than half of the failures of the diesel engine before the oil was purified were from the oil supply system. Solution:
1 The diesel that was bought back was set aside for 2-4 days, and 98% of the impurities in the diesel could be precipitated when used.
2 If you buy it now, put two layers of silk or toilet paper on the fuel tank filler screen to remove impurities.
5. Changing the "big horse-drawn car" approach The common phenomenon of "large machines with small pumps" on wells is actually a waste of energy. Improvement measures: appropriately increase the number of diesel engine pulleys, increase the speed of the pump when the diesel engine is running at a reduced speed, and increase the flow, lift, and shaft power to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
6. Adjust the injection pressure of the injector. The injection pressure of the 195 diesel injector is 120 kg/cm2. When the injection pressure is less than 100 kg/cm2, the fuel consumption will increase by 10-20 g/kWh. The pressure on the injection pump can be checked and adjusted directly with a comparison method.
