Comprehensive prevention and cure of cucumber root-knot nematode disease in greenhouse

In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the cucumber area in continuous cropping greenhouses, cucumber root knot nematode disease has rapidly spread and the rate of dead seedlings has increased, resulting in a decrease in yield and quality.

Cucumber root knot nematode disease only occurs in the roots of plants, and lateral roots and fibrous roots are vulnerable. In the affected area, tumorous or root knots of different sizes are produced, resembling chicken feet, and small white worms can be seen in the diseased section. Nodules or root knots often produce sparsely thin new roots, after which the new roots are infested and cause root nodule enlargement. After the onset of the disease, the ability of root absorption decreased and weak seedlings formed. Severe diseased plants grow slowly, the plants are short, the leaves are yellow, and they are not strong or have poor fruiting. The diseased leaves wilted early and noon at dawn and recovered sooner or later. As the disease progressed, the leaves gradually became dry and the plants died.

Nematode Nematode parasitic nematodes, 5 to 10 generations a year, eggs and larvae in root knots, soil and manure wintering, spread by diseased soil, diseased seedlings, irrigation and other diseases. Nematodes are not resistant to high temperatures and die at 55°C for 5 minutes. The root-knot nematodes are good, the terrain is high-dry, the neutral sandy land with loose soil is seriously ill, and the wet soil is heavy and the compacted field is light. The incidence of continuous disease is heavy, and the longer the duration of continuous cropping, the heavier the disease.

Agricultural control (1) clean up the pastoral. After the harvest, the roots were completely excavated, concentrated and brought out of the field to be buried or burned. The diseased pits were sterilized with lime to prevent spread of pests and diseases. Can not use the roots of fertilizer, or use soil washers. (2) Change the rotation. In order to reduce the number of nematodes in the soil and reduce the damage to diarrhea, the crops with strong resistance to diseases such as peppers and onions and garlic are used for 2 to 3 years. (3) Deeply turn over the sun. The root-knot nematodes are mostly distributed in the surface layer of 3-9 cm, and deep turning can reduce the harm. Before sowing, plow over 20 centimeters or more to reduce hazards. Infested fields can cover the mulching film for 7 days after the crop is harvested, increasing the soil surface temperature to about 55°C and killing the upper layer of nematodes. (4) No disease-free seedlings. Choose disease-free nutritious soil and cultivate disease-free strong seedlings. (5) Rational fertilization. Replant organic fertilizer, increase phosphorus and potassium fertilizers, and enhance plant resistance.

Chemical control (1) Soil treatment. 2 to 3 weeks before sowing or sub-seedling, when the soil moisture is high, 25 kg of dry powder of tea and 25 kg of lime are taken per acre. Mixing and spreading are used to disperse the soil. Before the planting, each 1 meter of silmomil (3% chlorzozol granules) 1 to 1.5 kg. (2) Irrigation. In the early stage of disease, 50% phoxim EC 1500 times, 90% crystal trichlorfon 800 times, 250-500 ml per strain. After planting, 1.8% of avermectin EC was used to irrigate the roots 1 or 2 times at intervals of 10 to 15 days. (3) Apply pesticides. More than 2 kg of blessing (10% thiazole phosphine granules) per mu, or 3 kg of good winter (5% butyl thiocyanide granules), or 3 kg of Zidan (5% chlorpyrifos granules), evenly After the sheds open the ditch, it is better to control the crops and protect the crops. C. elegans (250 million spores per gram of Verticillium spp. microgranules) is a pure biological preparation that has no residues after application and is suitable for the production of pollution-free cucumbers. Seedlings will use 0.5 kg of nematode per acre mixed with nutrient soil, and the adult plant will use 1 to 1.5 kg per acre and mix with fine dry soil and apply it to the soil.
