For a long time, the “white pollution” caused by the livestock manure pollution caused by aquaculture in rural areas and the large-scale promotion of agricultural film is a major source of rural non-point source pollution, and it is also the top priority of governance. As a high-tech enterprise engaged in agricultural planting, dairy farming and dairy processing, and a key leading enterprise in provincial agricultural industrialization, Gansu Huarui Agricultural Co., Ltd. draws on the mulch film and paper film processing developed by Japan. Technology, make full use of the scientific research resources of scientific research institutes, and cooperate with the Gansu Academy of Agricultural Sciences to extract bio-components from cow dung and crop waste straw by using modern biotechnology, and produce multi-functional degradable liquid film by microbial fermentation treatment. .

In the production workshop, according to Yang Delin, the project leader, the production of “bio-liquid mulch film” first needs to separate the manure from the cow manure, and separate the dry matter in the cow manure by mechanical extrusion, and the crushed crops. In the experimental field, the reporter saw farmland sprayed with liquid mulch, some formed a paper-like film on the surface, and some were covered with a thick layer of "carpet." According to reports, "biological liquid mulch film" is sprayed on the spot, non-toxic, non-polluting, pollution-free, free of heavy metals and other chemical components. After spraying, the crop can naturally emerge, and there is no need to manually introduce seedlings to release seedlings. The operation is simple, the time and labor cost is lower. It is not only a fully degradable mulch film, but also an organic fertilizer with good fertilizer efficiency. After degradation, it becomes a high quality organic fertilizer. A dark brown film is formed on the surface of the farmland after spraying, which can increase the temperature of 5 to 15 cm of soil by 2 ° C, and advance the growth period of the crop by 3 to 5 days. At the same time, it can inhibit the evaporation of water and improve the water utilization rate. The evaporation inhibition rate is above 30%, which can increase the soil water content by more than 20%. In order to investigate the performance of "bio-liquid mulch film" in terms of moisture preservation, heat preservation, heat absorption, water permeable, wind and sand fixation, and the impact on crop growth, emergence and yield, this year the company specially arranged 1000 acres of experimental fields to plant cockroaches and corn. Crops were tested in 12 different treatments.

"At present, we have successfully carried out various experiments on the enrichment of cow manure and different varieties of crops, the performance of mixed liquid film of different varieties of biomass straw and cow dung, and the development of special equipment. In order to enrich the test data, we sprayed the liquid film. Different spray thickness tests were also carried out, with an average of about 6 tons of liquid film per acre."
