Rotary Blowing Machine Common Problem Handling Method

The rotary blow molding machine has the advantages of high speed, stability, quick and easy replacement of specifications, and is well received by customers. The market share has risen linearly. Below, I will discuss the common troubleshooting methods of the rotary blow molding machine.

Problem 1: The high-pressure solenoid valve cannot be effectively closed and a high-pressure gas leak occurs. The reason is that there are foreign objects stuck in the seal ring inside the high-pressure solenoid valve, and most of them are plastic fragments. This requires disassembling the seal ring in the high-pressure solenoid valve for cleaning and restoring the installation for normal use.

Question 2: Drop the bottle when the bottle is out. The reason is that the bottle finger automatically opens or can not clamp the bottle mouth, and the nylon block inside the finger needs to be replaced.

Question 3: A double blank is produced when the blank is placed. The reason is that the gap between the blanking track and the blanking turntable is too large, and the gap can be adjusted to be suitable.

Question 4: Strike seal upper and lower limit alarm. There are three reasons: the low pressure gas pressure is not enough; the two five-way solenoid valves are not sensitive; the relay is damaged. Solution: 1. Ensure that the low-pressure gas is 0.6-0.8MP; 2. Replace the solenoid valve and inspect and clean (replace) the low-pressure air filter; 3. Replace the relay (other idle relays in the electric control box can be used instead).

Question 5: The pallet is disengaged from the bracket when the mold is opened. The reason is that the bracket is offset from the center of the mold, and the rotating mold base collides with the clamp, as long as the position of the bracket is adjusted.

Question 6: The preform is not clamped when the blank is placed. The reason is that the fixture core is not concentric with the center of the blank. Solution: 1. If the eight notches of the dial are not aligned with the clamp, adjust the position of the dial; 2. If the individual clamps and the dial are not aligned, check whether the guide shaft is bent or not. If so, replace the guide. axis.

Question 7: The yield rate has dropped significantly. The reason is that the heating lamp is damaged; the heating lamp switch has tripped; the exhaust motor or the blower motor trips. Solution: 1. Replace the damaged heating tube; 2. Check the corresponding switch in the electric control box, close the trip switch, if frequent tripping, find an electrician to solve.
