Maintenance knowledge of the oscillating screen

Five-point maintenance knowledge of the vibrating screen:
1. The normal working temperature of the bearing should not exceed 75 °C. The new exciter may have a slightly higher temperature because of a running-in process, but after 8 hours of operation, the temperature should be stabilized. If the temperature continues to be too high, Stop the inspection.
2. Between the woven screen and the screen bracket, equipped with a special buffer strip. In order to ensure the longest service life of the screen, the buffer strip should be properly located between the two, and the damaged buffer strip should be replaced in time.
3. Replace the woven screen, and ensure that there is an equal gap between the screens on both sides of the screen box and the screen hooks. In order to ensure uniform surface tension of the screen, the tension plates on both sides should be tightened and tapped with a hand hammer to lengthen the tension. If the contact is not good, the tension is not enough or uneven, it is one of the important reasons for the premature damage of the screen.
4. In order to properly tension the screen, the length of the screen hook must be the same as the length of the tensioning plate.
5. When the screen surface is assembled by a segmented screen, the screen mesh should have a length of overlap of not less than 20 mm at one end.
6. When disassembling the exciter, carefully remove it from the outside to avoid artificial damage to the components.
