Tractor: problems that need attention when commissioning

1. When the locomotive is running, it is necessary to turn slowly to the left and right respectively. Try to advance and reverse each file.

2. Check the tightening condition of each part of the locomotive frequently to check whether the oil pressure, water temperature and fuel supply system are normal and whether there is leakage. If there is any problem, it should be eliminated as soon as possible.

3. During the running-in period, pay special attention to listening to the engine, rear axle and various transmission parts for noise and abnormal sound. At the same time, pay attention to whether the operating device is flexible.

4. At the end of running-in, it is necessary to carefully check whether the free travel of the valve clearance, clutch, brake and operating mechanism is within the normal range. If it is not normal, it should be adjusted in time. It is necessary to heat off the oil in the oil pan and the curve (gear) oil and cooling water in various parts. Then, gradually clean, re-fuel, add water. Also replace the core of the air filter.
