1, look at the signs

(1) Check if there is a “3C” mark for national compulsory certification.

(2) Check whether the trademark, model, name, production date, factory name, factory address, working parameters and certificate of the product are complete.

(3) From the packaging of the product, the outer packaging of the whole machine should be firm and reliable. The standard code of the product implementation should be indicated on the packaging box. The random documents include the product manual, the three-pack certificate, the product certificate should be complete, and the random tools are complete. .

(4) Check whether the safety signs and safety protection tools on the product are complete.

2, appearance and feel

(1) Look at the appearance of plastic parts. Good materials tend to have bright colors and a certain degree of transparency, while poor materials have the opposite.

(2) Whether the touch has a good hand, good smoothness, and sub-roughness; the hose can be seen as a material, and the inner pressure layer is good.

(3) Look at the processing quality of the whole machine and spare parts.

(4) Look at the assembly quality of the whole machine.

3, simple test

(1) The knapsack sprayer weighs the weight. The net mass of the machine is not less than the weight specified in the manual. The mass is heavy and generally durable. When working under the rated pressure, the spray should be continuous and uniform, and the parts and joints must not be allowed. There is a drip, and the tank filled with the rated capacity water can be tilted by about 45 degrees in all directions to observe whether there is leakage at the connection of the medicine box.

(2) Knapsack spray dusting machine, etc. Also check whether the power part is working properly and whether there is large noise and vibration.

Second, use

1. Install the sprayer parts correctly. Check each connection for leaks. When using, use water instead of liquid to test spray.

2. When it is officially used, before pouring the liquid into the sprayer barrel, be sure to turn off the sprayer nozzle switch to prevent the liquid from leaking out. Use a strainer to filter the solution to prevent the liquid from leaking. Do not pour the amount of liquid into the position of the water line shown on the wall of the barrel. After filling the liquid, close the lid to avoid leakage of liquid during operation.

3. When the liquid is filled for the first time, because the air chamber and the spray bar contain clean water, the concentration of the liquid sprayed during the first 2-3 minutes of the spray is low, so it is necessary to pay attention to the spray, so as not to affect the control effect of pests and diseases.

4. After each use of the sprayer, the residual liquid in the barrel should be poured out, a small amount of water should be added to continue spraying, and all parts should be cleaned with water, then the switch should be opened, placed in a ventilated and dry place, sprayed with residual liquid of pesticide or cleaned. The sewage of the medical equipment should be properly disposed of in a safe place, and it is not allowed to be spilled anywhere to avoid polluting the environment.

5. If the sprayer is not used in a short period of time, the main parts should be cleaned, wiped dry, and stored in a cool dry place. If it is not used for a long time, apply grease to each metal part of the sprayer to prevent rust.
