Five major precautions for safe operation of rotary tiller

Five major precautions for safe operation of rotary tiller:

1. Rotary tiller operation. It is not allowed to put the blade into the soil or put it into the soil before starting.

2. When you are working, you are not allowed to make sharp turns and you are not allowed to go backwards. When turning or reversing, the rotary tiller should be raised first. If the ground is raised and lowered, the speed must be slowed down and the lift is not allowed to be too high. The universal joint transmission angle must not exceed 30 degrees.

3. When removing the grass, debris or fastening on the rotary tiller and replacing the coulter, the power of the rotary tiller must be cut off before the engine is turned off.

4. When the walking tractor turns at the ground, it should first lift the handrail, and after the tiller is unearthed, separate the steering clutch.

5. When the field is transferred or overturned, the power must be cut off to raise the rotary tiller to the highest position. When the walking tractor passes over the field, the driver is not allowed to sit in the seat. If there is a paddy field wheel and a whole field wheel, if it is too high, it should be reversed when going uphill. (Han Qin)
