Spirulina Artificial Propagation Technology

First, snail breeding and habit breeding season. In late spring and early summer, when the temperature of the water rose to 15°C, the snails started feeding after winter. The breeding began in April and the season of the snails is booming from July to August. 1-2 instar females can produce 20-30 females and 4 instars can produce 40-50 females. The snail grows rapidly and develops to sexual maturity in one year, and can also be born in September.
Living habits. The snail is a gastropod mollusk and prefers to live in waters that are warm in winter, cool in summer, soft in sediment, rich in feed, and fresh in water. It is particularly fond of gathering in microfluidic areas. The snail is omnivorous, feeding on microorganisms in the water, young stems and leaves of aquatic plants or organic debris. Tian Luo Xi night activities, strong food intake at night.

Second, the snail breeding site selection The snail breeding site should choose ample water, good water quality, humus soil and convenient transportation. It is best to have running water.
Aquarium construction. The size of the snail pool is generally 1.5-1.6 meters wide and 10-15 meters in length. The terrain may also prevail. The pool is full of oysters, about 50 centimeters high. Two inlets and outlets are opened at the pool and a block is installed to prevent the snails from escaping. At the same time, in the middle of the aquaculture ponds, rare aquatic plants such as white peony are planted. This not only improves the land productivity, but also creates a good ecological environment for snail growth.

Third, the amount of stocking and feeding management (a) snail stocking density. Generally, 100-120 stocks are stocked per square meter, and at the same time, the main cultivation is carried out around 5 tails per square meter. Spiral fishing time is generally in March.
(b) Fertilization feeding. In the culture tank, some faeces are firstly administered to cultivate plankton to feed the snails. Fertilizer amount depending on the bottom of the screw pool fat and thin. After snails are placed in the pool, they are fed with green vegetables, rice bran, fish giblets or vegetable cakes, and bean cakes. Vegetables and fish viscera should be chopped and mixed with rice bran and other feed. Cakes, bean cakes, etc. should be soaked and softened to facilitate snail feeding. Feeding amount depends on the feeding condition of snails, which is generally calculated as 1%-3% of the total amount of snails and fed once every 2-3 days. Feeding time Every morning, the feeding position does not have to be fixed and the feed is placed separately. When the temperature is lower than 15°C or higher than 30°C, no bait is required.
(c) Water quality regulation. First, the water must be injected into the pond frequently to regulate water quality, especially during the breeding season. It is best to keep the pool water flowing, especially in the hot season, and it is better to adopt stream water culture. In spring and autumn, it is better to use microfluidic culture. Snail water depth is maintained at about 30 cm. The second is to adjust the pH of water. When the pH value of the pool water is low, 0.15-0.18 kg of lime is applied per square meter, and once every 10-15 days, the pH of the pool water is maintained at 7-8.
(iv) Wintering management. When the water temperature drops to 8-9°C, the snail uses the top of the shell to drill the soil, leaving only a small hole on the soil surface, breathing bubbles from time to time, and begins to hibernate. Snail does not eat during the winter, but the breeding pond still needs to maintain a water depth of 10-15 cm. The water is usually exchanged every 3-4 days to maintain proper oxygen content.
(e) Fishing and listing. After years of careful breeding, snails can reach more than 10 grams. Fishing methods can be done in the pool. When fishing, individual large snails should be selected as the snails to prepare for the breeding of nymphs in the following year.

We have been producing Biological Products for about 50 years. Tetanus Antitoxin is the main product of our biological products, and its market share in China is over 70%, more over, it's been exported to over 20 countries.
