30% Hexaconazole Alcohol Safety Test on Rice

In order to clarify the safety of 30% hexaconazole suspension in rice on the safety of first grade work, we conducted a high-dose destructive field trial in Hainan Town, Xinghua City in 2009.

The test site was transplanted rice fields. The rice variety was Zhendao 99, and the plants in the field were normal before treatment. The test was applied in three batches, for the first time on July 16 (the rice tillering stage), 30% of the first grade 30% hexaconazole suspension was used per acre; the second time was on August 14 (the rice break period). , 40 grams per acre medication; the third in August 25 (rice heading period), 40 grams per acre medication. From the standpoints of rice growth and heading after application, the herbage plots grew well, the functional leaves were vertical, the leaves were pleasing to the ground, and the panicles were normal. The earing time and heading rate were not significantly different from those without pesticide application. The test results show that 30% of Hexiconazole Suspension in the first grade has high safety for rice, and 40 grams per mu in the break period has no adverse effect on heading. Hexiconazole is a triazole fungicide that has a certain inhibitory effect on crop growth. The above test was designed to verify the safety of 30% hexaconazole suppositories of first-grade work on rice, and therefore the dosage was higher. Normal use of hexaconazole to control rice sheath blight and rice false smut, usually about 5 grams per acre with pure drug, do not need to use large doses. Note that in the short term, do not repeat the use of drugs. Before and after rice headings, do not overdo it with cold and rainy weather so as not to inhibit rice growth.

Oxygen Cylinder Filling System

Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and filters to a certain level for main plant to work with. The plant produces oxygen with PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, which is a time proven oxygen generation method. Oxygen of desired purity at 93%±3% is delivered to oxygen buffer tank for smooth supply of product gas. Oxygen in buffer tank is maintained at 4bar pressure. With an oxygen booster, the oxygen pressure can be to 150bar and fill in cylinders.
