Simultaneous study of multiple gene regulatory networks of specific tissues and proteins in a single animal by Compresstome VF-700 ultra-thin slicer

Using the latest slicing instrument Compresstome VF-700 (Precisionary Instruments Inc., Greenville, North Carolina), the researchers obtained ideal tissue sections from the sample animals to obtain visual compositional morphology, integrated molecular markers, in situ hybridization, immunochemistry, and tissue. The method of research, the simultaneous study of specific animal genes and proteins in a single animal, to achieve the study of multiple gene regulatory networks.
Using the Compresstome VF-700 ultra-thin slicer, the tissue was wrapped in agarose, and the researchers achieved the experimental purpose that frozen sections such as dyes were completely impregnated, and it was easy to make 1-2 uM sections.

The Compresstome VF-700 ultra-thin slicer was sliced â€‹â€‹and the sections were incubated with 3 different lipophilic dyes. The distribution of trigeminal, glossopharyngeal and sympathetic nerves was observed under a fluorescence microscope, and the structure of the brain was clearly observed.
Using confocal microscopy, continuous recording of differently stained neurons and comparative analysis helps researchers understand the interrelationships between different neurons.
Using Compresstome, the researchers combined the four technical methods with the same experimental animal sample to maximize the experimental data collection.
