1 The electronic constant temperature water bath should be placed on the fixed platform. Firstly, the hose of the drain port is clamped, and then the clean water is injected into the water bath tank (to shorten the heating time, hot water can also be injected).

2 Turn on the power, the red indicator light of OFF is on, turn the temperature adjustment knob to the set temperature (clockwise temperature rise, counterclockwise temperature drop), the water starts to be heated, the indicator light is ON; when the temperature rises to the set temperature, The indicator light is OFF and the water starts to be heated.

3 After the water bath is kept at a constant temperature, the container containing the items to be thermostated is placed in a water bath to start the constant temperature.
4 In order to ensure the effect of constant temperature at constant temperature, it can be sealed with cardboard in the contact area of ​​the constant temperature container in the box. The constant temperature item in the constant temperature container should be lower than the constant temperature water bath surface of the water bath.

6 maintenance:
(1) The water tank should be placed on a fixed platform. The power supply voltage of the instrument should be 220V. The power socket should be installed with three holes and the ground wire must be installed.
(2) Before the water is added, the cut material is connected to the power supply, and during use, the water level must be higher than the stainless steel partition. Do not water or the water level is lower than the partition, otherwise the heating tube will be damaged.
(3) If the constant temperature control fails, the silver contact on the controller can be polished with a fine abrasive cloth to work.
(4) Do not allow water to flow into the control box during water injection to prevent electric shock. After use, the water in the tank should be cleaned in time and wiped clean to keep it clean.
(5) It is best to use purified water to avoid scale formation.
Water bath maintenance method
(1) The appropriate amount of clean tap water must be added to the pot before use, or hot water can be added at the required temperature to shorten the heating time.

(2) Turn on the power and select the temperature.

When equipped with an electronic thermostat, adjust the “temperature knob” clockwise to the desired temperature. At this time, it is heated and the green indicator light is on. When heated to the desired temperature, the red indicator light is on, and it is at a constant temperature.
When equipped with a digital display header, the maximum digit of the counter is ten digits, the operation symbol is the increment, and the operation symbol is the subtraction. The traffic light changes as the temperature of the body changes. Similarly, the green light indicates that the heater is working and the red light is constant temperature.
The instrument must be heated and thermostated twice or more to achieve the correct temperature accuracy (must be closed after all capping and sealing).
(3) After the work is completed, the temperature control knob and the increase and decrease device are placed at the minimum value to cut off the power supply.
(4) If the water temperature in the pot is 100 ° C and used for boiling water distillation, adjust the knob to the end point.
(5) Do not add too much water to avoid overflowing the pot when boiling.
(6) The amount of water in the pot should not be less than one-half, and the heating tube should not be exposed to the water surface. In order to avoid burning, resulting in water leakage and leakage.
