7. Reliability test procedure
7.1. Accelerated Life Test ALT (Accelerated Life Test)
Prototype standard quantity:

PR1: 8 PR2: 10 PR3: 10 PIR: 10 test cycles: 10-12 days Test purpose: Accelerate product failure by continuous application of various test conditions, and expose potential problems in advance.
Test procedure: See the figure below, where the time between the Thermal Shock and 1st Drop tests should not exceed 4 hours; the interval between the Temp/Humidity and 2nd Drop tests should not exceed 4 hours. Surface, appearance, structure and function checks shall be performed for each test completed. (Surface, appearance and structure inspection refer to Safford same boat "mobile phone comprehensive inspection standard" QC3001; function check reference Appendix II. The same below).

7.1.1 Parametric Test at Room Temperature
Test environment: room temperature (20~25° C);
Test Purpose: Test pre-test test method: use the 8960/8922 tester, refer to the list of items in Annex 1 (the same below), pre-test the parameter indicators for all samples and save the test results.
Test standard: All the parameters in Annex 1 are normal and function properly.

7.1.2 Temperature Shock Test (Thermal Shock)
Test environment: low temperature box: -30 ° C; high temperature box: +70 ° C
Test purpose: Sample stress screening test method by high and low temperature impact: use high and low temperature impact box, mobile phone with battery, set to shutdown state, first placed in high temperature box for 45 minutes, quickly move into low temperature box within 15 seconds and last for 45 After a minute, quickly return to the high temperature box within 15 seconds. This is a cycle with a total of 27 cycles. After the end of the experiment, the prototype was taken out from the temperature impact box (high temperature box), and the appearance, mechanical and electrical properties were checked after 2 hours of recovery. For flip phones, half of the sample should be opened to the flip; for slide phones, half of the sample should be slid open to the upper limit.
Test standard: The surface of the mobile phone is sprayed without any change, the structure is not abnormal, the function is normal, and it can be normal.

7.1.3 Drop Test
Test conditions: 1.5 m height, 20 mm thick marble floor. (For PDA phones, the drop height can be adjusted to 1.3m according to the recommendations of the company's quality department)
Test Purpose: Drop Impact Test Test Method: Drop the phone while it is on. For the straight-handed machine, a free-falling experiment of 6 faces was performed, and the number of drops per face was 1 time, and the appearance, structure, and function were checked after each face was dropped. For the flip phone, perform a free-fall test of 8 faces; half of the samples are closed with the flip cover and dropped by the straight hand. The other half of the sample must be opened when the front and back are lowered. For the slide phone, half of the sample should be used. Slide to the upper limit. Check the appearance, structure and function after the fall.
Test standard: The appearance, structure and function of the mobile phone meet the requirements.

7.1.4 Vibration Test (Vibration Test)
Test conditions: amplitude: 0.38mm / vibration frequency: 10 ~ 30Hz; amplitude: 0.19mm / vibration frequency: 30 ~ 55Hz;
Test Purpose: Test method for anti-vibration performance of the prototype: Put the mobile phone into the vibration box and fix it. Start the vibrating table and vibrate for 1 hour according to the X, Y, and Z axes. After each shaft is vibrated, take out the appearance, structure and function check. After the three axial vibration tests are completed, the prototype is subjected to parameter testing.
Test standard: After the vibration, the memory and settings of the mobile phone are not lost. The appearance, structure and function of the mobile phone meet the requirements. The parameter test is normal and there is no abnormal noise.

7.1.5 Humidity Test
Test environment: 60 ° C, 95% RH
Test purpose: Test sample high temperature and high humidity resistance test method: Put the mobile phone in the off state, put it on the shelf in the temperature and humidity experiment box, take it out after 60 hours, recover at room temperature for 2 hours, then check the appearance, structure and function. . For flip phones, half of the sample should be closed and half of the sample should be opened. For slide phones, half of the sample should be slid open to the upper limit.
Test standard: The appearance, structure and function of the mobile phone meet the requirements.

7.1.6 Electrostatic Test (ESD)
Test conditions: +/- 4kV ~ +/- 8kV.
Test purpose: Test method for anti-static interference performance of prototype:
Set the prototype to the power-on state and check the prototype memory and features. (10 short messages and 10 memory; use function is normal). Place the prototype on the insulating pad of the static test bench and charge the phone with the charger (the prototype is at least 2 inches away from the edge of the insulating pad; the distance between the two prototypes is also at least 2 inches).
Turn on the static simulator, adjust the discharge mode, select +/-4kV (contact discharge), ~+/-8kV (air discharge), discharge the specified part of the mobile phone 10 times continuously, and discharge to the ground. After each test of a part, check the function, signal and sensitivity of the mobile phone, and observe whether the mobile phone has a crash during the test, the communication link is interrupted, the LCD display is abnormal, the automatic shutdown and other abnormal phenomena.
The prototype shall be tested for each discharge mode, level and polarity in a state where a call connection is established with the 8922 tester.
Test criteria: Any problems with +/- 4Kv and +/- 8Kv are counted as faults.

Note: The location of the electrostatic discharge position is determined according to the specific conditions of the product.

7.1.7 Parametric Test at room temperature
Test environment: room temperature (20~25° C);
Test Purpose: Parametric comparison test method after the test: Using the 8960/8922 tester, refer to the Annex 1 project list to test the parameters of all samples.
Test standard: All the parameters in Annex 1 are normal and function properly.

7.2. Climate Adaptation Test (Climatic Stress Test)
Number of sample standards: 4 for general climatic testing; 2 for severe weather testing. A total of 8 units.
Test period: 7 days.
Test Purpose: Simulate the performance test process of the product in the actual working environment: see the figure below.

7.2.1. High temperature / low temperature parameter test (Parametric Test)
Test environment: -10 ° C / +55 ° C
Test purpose: high temperature / low temperature application performance test test method: fully charge the mobile phone battery, the mobile phone is turned on, put it on the shelf in the temperature experiment box, adjust the temperature controller to -10 ° C / +55 ° C. Electrical performance parameters and function checks were performed in this environment for 2 hours. For flip phones, half of the sample should be closed and half of the sample should be opened. For slide phones, half of the sample should be slid open to the upper limit.
Test standard: The phone's electrical performance parameters meet the requirements, the function is normal, and the outer casing has no deformation.

7.2.2. High temperature and high humidity parameter test (Parametric Test)
Test environment: +45° C, 95% RH
Test purpose: high temperature and high humidity application performance test test method: fully charge the mobile phone battery, the mobile phone is turned on, put into the shelf inside the temperature experiment box. After 48 hours, the electrical performance check is carried out in this environment. The inspection items are shown in Table 1. For flip phones, half of the sample should be closed and half of the sample should be opened. For slide phones, half of the sample should be slid open to the upper limit.
Test standard: The electrical performance index of the mobile phone meets the requirements, the function is normal, and the outer casing has no deformation.

7.2.3. High Temperature / Low Temperature Functional Test (Functional Test)
Test environment: -40° C /+70° C
Test Purpose: High-temperature/low-temperature application functional test test method: Put the mobile phone in the off state and put it on the shelf in the temperature experiment box. After 24 hours, remove and place for 2 hours, return to normal temperature, and then perform structural, functional and electrical performance checks. For flip phones, half of the sample should be closed and half of the sample should be opened. For slide phones, half of the sample should be slid open to the upper limit.
Test standard: The electrical performance index of the mobile phone meets the requirements, the function is normal, and the outer casing has no deformation.

B: Severe weather test
7.2.4. Dust Test
Test environment: room temperature test purpose: test prototype structure tightness test method: shut down the phone into the dust test box. The dust size is 300 mesh. After 3 hours, the mobile phone is taken out of the experimental box and cleaned with a cotton cloth and an ion wind gun for inspection. For flip phones, half of the sample should be closed and half of the sample should be opened. For slide phones, half of the sample should be slid open to the upper limit.
Test standard: The functions of the mobile phone are normal, all the active components are running freely, and there is no obvious dust in the display area.

7.2.5. Salt fog test
Test environment: 35 ° C
Test Purpose: Test method for testing salt spray resistance of prototypes:
Solution content: 5% sodium chloride solution.
Put the phone off in the salt spray test chamber, close the flip cover, and suspend the prototype with a rope to avoid uneven spraying of the solution or surface spray.
The prototype needs to be placed in the test box immediately. The experimental period is 48 hours. The prototype should not be taken out during the experiment. If the test is urgently needed, the test time should be strictly recorded. The experiment needs to be delayed backward for the same time.
After taking out the prototype, it was cleaned with a cotton cloth and an ion wind gun, and left for 48 hours to dry at room temperature, and then examined for appearance, mechanical and electrical properties.
Test standard: The functions of the mobile phone are normal, and the surface of the casing and the decorative parts have no obvious corrosion.

7.3. Structural Endurance Test

7.3.1. Keypad Test
Test environment: room temperature (20~25° C);
Test purpose: button life test number: 2 mobile phones.
Test method: Set the mobile phone to the shutdown state and fix it on the test fixture. Use the navigation keys and any other keys to test the key presses 100,000 times. When checking 30,000 times, 50,000 times, 80,000 times, 100,000 times, check the flexibility and function of the phone keys. The choice of the tested keys in the experiment is determined according to different models and reference to the engineer's recommendations, should not be repeated as much as possible.
Test standard: The phone button is flexible and functional.

7.3.2. Side Key Test
Test environment: room temperature (20~25° C);
Test purpose: Side key life test number of tests: 1 mobile phone test method: set the mobile phone to the shutdown state and fix it on the test fixture, and press the side button to test 100,000 times. When checking 30,000 times, 50,000 times, 80,000 times, 100,000 times, check the flexibility and function of the phone keys.
Test standard: The phone button is flexible and functional.
7.3.3. Flip Life Test
Test environment: room temperature (20~25° C);
Test Purpose: Flip Life Test Number: 4 mobile phones.
Test method: Set the mobile phone to the power-on state, fix it on the test fixture, and perform 50,000 opening and closing flip test. When the 30,000 times, 40,000 times, 45,000 times, and 50,000 times are performed, the flipping flexibility and function of the mobile phone are performed once.
Test standard: After 50,000 times, the appearance, structure, and function of the mobile phone are normal.

7.3.4. Slide Life Test
Test environment: room temperature (20~25° C);
Test purpose: Slide life test number: 4 mobile phones.
Test method: Set the mobile phone to the power-on state, fix it on the test fixture, and perform 50,000 slide test. The mobile phone slide feel and function are performed once to 30,000 times, 40,000 times, 45,000 times, and 50,000 times.
Test standard: After 50,000 times, the appearance, structure, and function of the mobile phone are normal, and the slider cannot be loosened (recommended: there is no automatic sliding when the mobile phone is vertical)

7.3.5. Repeated Drop Test (Micro-Drop Test)
Test environment: room temperature (20 ~ 25 ° C); 7cm height, 20mm PVC board test purposes: prototype drop fatigue test number: 2 sets.
Test method: The mobile phone is turned on, and the repeated drop test on the front and back of the mobile phone is performed, and the number of drops on each side is 20,000 times. During the inspections of 10,000 times, 15,000 times, 18,000 times, and 20,000 times, the inspection of the appearance, mechanical and electrical performance of the mobile phone was carried out.
Test standard: The functions of the mobile phone are normal, the outer casing has no deformation, cracking, lacquering, no broken screen, no abnormal noise.

7.3.6. Charger Test (Charger Test)
Test environment: room temperature (20~25° C);
Test purpose: Charger plug-in] Life test number: 2 mobile phones.
Test method: Connect the charger to the power supply, connect the charging interface of the mobile phone, wait for the mobile phone to the charging interface to display normal, and then remove the charging plug. Plug and uncharge 3000 times when the card is not plugged in. The intermediate/end check is performed once to 2,000, 2,500, and 3,000 times.
Inspection standard: The I/O interface is not damaged, the pad does not fall off, and the charging function is normal. No abnormal hand feeling.

7.3.7. Stylus Test
Test environment: room temperature (20~25° C);
Test purpose: mobile phone stylus plug life test number: 2 mobile phones.
Test method: Put the mobile phone on, the pen is inserted in the pen jack of the mobile phone, and then pulled out, repeated 20,000 times. When it is carried out 10,000 times, 15,000 times, 18,000 times, 20,000 times, check whether the function of the mobile phone pen insertion and extraction structure, the outer casing and the pen are normal.
Inspection standard: The mobile phone pen input function is normal, the insertion and extraction structure function, the outer casing and the pen are all normal.

7.3.8 Click Activation Life Test
Test conditions: touch screen tester (contact pad tip radius 3.75mm; hardness of 40deg silicone rubber)
Test purpose: Touch screen click life test sample quantity: 1 test method: set the mobile phone to the power on state, click the center position of the LCD 250,000 times, click the force is 250g; click speed: 2 times / sec;
Inspection standard: There should be no electrical performance failure; there should be no damage on the surface.

7.3.9 Line Life Test
Test conditions: touch screen tester, plastic stylus with a diameter of 0.8mm or the stylus attached with the test purpose: touch screen scribing fatigue test sample number: 1 test method: set the phone to the off state, at least at the same position 100,000 times, the intensity is 250g;
Sliding speed: 60mm/sec Inspection standard: There should be no electrical performance failure; there should be no damage on the surface.

7.3.10. Battery/Battery Cover Test
Test environment: room temperature (20~25° C);
Test purpose: Battery/battery cover disassembly life test number: 2 sets.
Test method: The battery/battery cover was repeatedly disassembled 2000 times. Check the functions of the mobile phone and the battery/battery cover and the appearance of the 1500, 1800, and 2000 times.
Inspection standard: The function of the mobile phone and the battery buckle is normal and there is no deformation. The battery contacts and the battery connector should be free from sagging, deformation and wear, and the appearance is not abnormal.

7.3.11. SIM Card Test (SIM Card Test)
Test environment: room temperature (20~25° C);
Test purpose: SIM card disassembly life test number: 2 mobile phones.

Test method: plug in the SIM card, then remove the SIM card, and then reinstall it, repeat 1000 times, each plugging and unplugging 100 times to check whether the boot is normal, the card reading information is normal.
Inspection standard: SIM card contact, SIM card push and turn switch is normal, mobile phone card reading function is normal.

7.3.12. Headset Test
Test environment: room temperature (20~25° C);
Test purpose: number of headphones plug life test: 2 mobile phones.
Test method: Put the mobile phone on, the earphone is inserted in the earphone jack, and then pulled out, repeated 3000 times. Each inspection is performed up to 2000, 2500, and 3000 times.
Inspection standard: After the experiment, check the earphone socket without welding fault, the earphone plug is not damaged, use the earphone to receive and send the call without noise (turn the earphone plug during the call), the earphone will not be loose when inserted into the earphone jack of the mobile phone (can withstand The weight of the phone itself).

7.3.13. Cable Pulling Endurance Test--Draft
Test environment: room temperature (20~25° C);
Test purpose: Wire connection strength test method: Select a section of wire close to the earplug, fix both ends on the test machine, continue stretching for 6 seconds with a force of 10N ± 1N, and cycle 100 times. (Other styles of wire can be recommended by the engineer to determine the number of cycles)
Inspection standard: The wire function is normal. The covered skin is not broken and deformed.

7.3.14. Cable Bending Endurance Test--Draft
Test environment: room temperature (20~25° C);
Test purpose: wire bending fatigue test method: select a section of wire close to the earplug and close to the plug, fix the two ends of the wire on the experimental machine, and do the bending experiment of 0mm~25mm 3000 times. (Other styles of wire can be recommended by the engineer to determine the number of cycles)
Inspection standard: the wire function is normal and the outer skin is not broken and deformed.

7.3.15. Cable Swing Endurance Test--Draft
Test environment: room temperature (20~25° C);
Test Purpose: Wire Wobble Fatigue Test Method: Fix the earphone and plug on the test machine separately, and repeatedly swing the end of the earphone 3000 times at an angle of 180° with a force of 1N. (Other styles of wire can be recommended by the engineer to determine the number of cycles)
Inspection standard: The wire function is normal and the sheath is not broken.

7.4 Surface Decoration Test (Decorative Surface Test)
Test period: 4 days.

Test process:
7.4.1. Abrasion Test (RCA)
Test environment: room temperature (20~25° C);
Test Purpose: Printing/spraying anti-friction test test method: The zui final spray sample was fixed on the RCA test machine, and the friction test was performed at the same point with a 175 g force team. The surface of the sample was sprayed every 50 times. For surface friction of 300 cycles, the side edges rubbed for 150 cycles. The determination of the friction point of a specially shaped mobile phone is determined by both the test engineer and the design engineer.
Inspection standard: the wear-resistant point coating can not fall off, can not expose the bottom material (for spraying, plating, IMD); the pattern or font can not be missing, unclear (for silk screen, button).
7.4.2. Coating Adhesion Test
Test environment: room temperature (20~25° C);
Test purpose: Spray adhesion test test method: select the surface of the mobile phone shell that is sprayed by Zui, use 100 grid cutter to engrave 100 squares of 1 square millimeter, draw the depth to expose the substrate, and then use 3M610 tape paper. Apply it to the square surface with force. After 1 minute, quickly peel off 3 times at an angle of 90 degrees to check whether the paint on the square surface is peeling off.
Inspection standard: The square surface paint peeling should be less than 3%, and there is no full falling off.

7.4.3. Perspiration Test
Test environment: 60 oC, 95% RH
Test purpose: Surface anti-sweat corrosion test method: The filter paper is fully saturated in acidic (PH=2.6) solution, and the filter paper impregnated with acidic solution is adhered to the surface of the sample spray with tape to ensure that the test paper is in full contact with the painted surface of the sample, and then In the test environment, check once every 24 hours, after 48 hours, take the sample out of the test environment, and after 2 hours of placement, check the surface of the sample to paint.
Inspection standard: There is no discoloration, peeling, falling off, fading and other abnormalities on the painted surface.

7.4.4. Hardness Test
Test environment: room temperature (20~25° C);
Test Purpose: Surface Spray Hardness Test Method: Use a 2H pencil to draw 3 to 5 cm long lines of 3 to 5 cm from different directions at a 45-degree angle with a force of 1 Kg.
Inspection standard: After using the eraser to remove the pencil marks, no scratches should be left on the surface of the paint.

7.4.5. Lens Scratch Test
Test environment: room temperature (20~25° C);
Test Purpose: Specular Anti-Scratch Test Test Method: The test sample was fixed on the test machine with a Scratch Tester, and the surface of the sample was scratched 50 times with a load of 500 g.
Inspection standard: Mirror surface scratch width should be no more than 100μm (depending on visual resolution, reference defect limit template)

7.4.6 UV illuminant test
Test environment: 50 ° C
Test Purpose: Spraying anti-ultraviolet radiation test test method: Directly spray the paint surface for 48 hours at a temperature of 50 ° C and ultraviolet light of 340 W/mm 2 . After the test, the outer casing of the mobile phone was taken out, and the painted surface was inspected after cooling at room temperature for 2 hours.
Inspection standard: The surface of the paint should be free of fading, discoloration, grain, cracking, peeling and so on.

7.5.1. Low temperature drop test
Test environment: -10 ° C
Number of prototypes: 3 test purposes: Prototype low temperature drop test test method: After the mobile phone is tested for electrical performance parameters, it is placed in the low temperature test chamber at -10 ° C for 1 hour and then taken out, and 6 faces of 1.2 meters are dropped. 2 cycles, it is required to complete the drop within 3 minutes, and the method falls with the normal temperature.
Inspection standard: The appearance, structure, function and electrical performance parameters of the mobile phone meet the requirements.


7.5.2. Twist Test
Test environment: room temperature (20~25° C);
Number of prototypes: 2 test purposes: anti-twist test test method: the mobile phone is turned on, fixed on the twist test machine, and the phone is repeatedly twisted 1000 times with 2N m torque. For slider phones, half of the sample should be slid open to the upper limit.
Inspection standard: The phone has no deformation, no abnormal appearance, and all functions are normal.

7.5.3. Squeeze Test
Test environment: room temperature (20~25° C);
Number of prototypes: 2 test purposes: anti-sit pressure test test method: put the mobile phone in the boot state, placed on the pressure test machine, and repeatedly squeeze the mobile phone 1000 times with 45Kg force. For slider phones, half of the sample should be slid open to the upper limit.
Inspection standard: The phone has no deformation, no abnormal appearance, and all functions are normal.
7.5.4. Ball Drop Test
Test environment: room temperature (20 ~ 25 ° C); 100g steel ball.
Number of prototypes: 2 test purposes: mirror cover strength test test method: mirror cover surface: with 100g steel ball, from the height of 20cm, with the initial velocity of 0, perpendicularly hit the surface of the mirror cover.
