Spring Peach Diseases and Pests

Spring is the season of sheep disease, and it is an important means to reduce the incidence of herds and improve breeding efficiency. Spring flock immunization mainly includes the following vaccines.

1. Lamb dysentery aluminum hydroxide vaccine. It is mainly used for pregnant ewes. It is injected once every 20 to 30 days and 10 to 20 days before delivery of ewe. The injection site is subcutaneously on the medial side of both hind legs. The vaccine doses were 2 ml and 3 ml respectively. 10 days after injection, immunity was generated. The lamb is passively immunized by feeding milk and the immunization period is 5 months.

2. Sheep four-joints or sheep five-joints. The sheep four-joint seedlings are sheep epidemic, fleas, enterotoxemia, and lamb dysentery; sheep five-joint seedlings are sheep epidemic, ticks, enterotoxemia, lamb dysentery, and black vaccine. Regardless of the size of the sheep, the heading agent indicated by the bottle sign was dissolved with 20% gel saline when it was used. After shaking well, no matter the size of the sheep, 1 ml was injected intramuscularly or subcutaneously (when the body was poor in quality). Generally, immunity is produced 14 days after the vaccine is injected, and the immunization period is six months.

3. Chicken Pox Embryo attenuated vaccine. It is mainly used to prevent sheeppox. It is vaccinated every year from March to April and the immunization period is one year. When vaccinated, no matter the size of the sheep, 0.5 ml of each vaccine was intradermally injected. In sheep with a prevalence of sheep disease, healthy sheep can only be vaccinated urgently.

4. Lamb E. coli vaccine. It is mainly used to prevent E. coli from lambs. For subcutaneous injections, 1 ml of lambs of less than 3 months of age and 2 ml of lambs of more than 3 months of age were used. The immunity was generated 14 days after the injection of the vaccine, and the immunization period was 6 months.

5. Aphthous attenuated cells freeze-dried seedlings. It is mainly used to prevent sheep sores. Usually injected in March and September each year, regardless of the size of the sheep, each oral mucosa injection 0.2 ml.

6. Infectious pleuropneumonia aluminum hydroxide vaccine. Subcutaneously or intramuscularly, 3 ml of each 6-month-old sheep, 5 ml of each of 6-month-old sheep, and immunization period of 1 year.

7. Streptococcus suis aluminum hydroxide bacterin. Mainly used to prevent sheep streptococcal disease. Generally, they are vaccinated once each month in March and September each year. The immunization period is 6 months. The inoculation site is subcutaneous injection of the tail. Sheep under 6 months of age were inoculated with 3 ml each and 5 ml of sheep aged 6 months or older.
