The fattening cattle within 2 years of age, after scientific feeding and management, can produce high-quality high-grade beef. Cows over 30 months old cannot produce high-quality, high-quality beef.
5. Selection of healthy cow fattening and fattening The cow must be from a non-epidemic area, without any infectious diseases and general sickness conditions. It must be accompanied by a veterinary certificate issued by the local veterinary department at the time of introduction.

The reference formula for fattening beef concentrate: 62% of corn flour, 10% of bran, 15% of soybean meal, 10% of sorghum, 2% of shell powder, and 1% of salt, and vitamin AD is properly added. Adding sodium bicarbonate at 0.3% to 0.5% of the dry matter intake of the diet can effectively prevent ruminal acidosis. Third, scientific feeding
1. Newly-purchased cattle enter strict-sterilized cowsheds, add anti-stress drugs such as multivitamins in drinking water, reduce stress responses, and feed good palatability feeds to adapt them to local feeding conditions as soon as possible. Environmental conditions, and to observe 10-15 days to confirm no disease can be incorporated into the herd. After the cattle recover their strength, they must promptly deworm and stomach.
2. With the exception of young bulls, concentrate feeds are mainly used at the beginning, and 10%-20% high-quality roughage feeds are added for short-term fast fattening to produce high-quality high-grade beef. Other fattening cattle at the beginning are chopped crop stalks, high-quality forage grasses, and silage corn. The bad food and other roughage are the main factors, and the proportion of refined roughage gradually increases from 2:8 to 3:7, so as to reduce the risk of diseases, save concentrates, and reduce costs.
3. After adapting to local feeding conditions for 60-80 days, the concentrate should be gradually increased, and the concentrate feed should be crushed in order to facilitate digestion and absorption. The coarse material is better with silage corn and high-quality forage grass. Increasing the number of silage corn to be fed gradually increases from little to large, preventing diarrhea, bloating, acidosis and other diseases of fattening cattle. Refinement and roughage gradually increased from 6:4 to 7:3.
4. In order to make the fattening cattle eat more material, speed up the growth rate, and increase the daily weight gain, in the fattening period, the daily feeding material is used for feeding three or more times, and the drinking water is allowed for 24 hours.
5. In the late period of fattening, increase the feed amount of fine material, the proportion of coarse material should be controlled within 20%, but the coarse material should not be less than 10% at least, in order to facilitate the ruminal digestion of cattle.
