Biogas residue utilization technology

Biogas residue is the semi-solid substance remaining after fermentation of biogas and is rich in organic matter, humic acid, amino acids, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and trace elements. Its main uses are as soil conditioners, base fertilizers and top dressings for crops, formulated nutrients for flower and vegetable nursery, cultivated edible fungi, cultured earthworms and yellow peony root.

First, cultivate oyster mushroom

1. Ingredient points (1) Biogas residue: Take out the fully decomposed biogas residue and cover it with a film to prevent pests from spawning on the biogas residue and drain for 24 hours. (2) Cotton husk: Fresh and mold-free cotton husks, turn over for 1 to 2 days. (3) Ingredients: 60% of biogas residue, 40% of cotton hull or 70% of biogas residue, 30% of cotton hull, 100 kg of cotton husk firstly mixed with 160 kg of water, mixed well, then mixed with 150 kg of biogas residue. uniform.

2. Precautions (1) Do not salvage the bottom dregs, so as not to bring undead eggs in the pool into the mushroom bed. (2) To drain excess moisture from the biogas residue and seal it with a film to prevent infection.

Second, the application of flowers

1. Open cultivation (1) Base fertilizer: 15 days ahead of time, combined with site preparation, applying 2 kg of marsh fertilizer per square meter, mix well. If it is a hole plant, depending on the size of the tree, apply 1 to 2 kilograms per hole, cover soil 10 centimeters, and plant. (2) Top-dressing: top-dressing should be strictly controlled according to the needs. Different types of flower varieties need different fertilizer absorption capacity. Therefore, the application of biogas fertilizer should be different. Fast-growing flowers, herbaceous flowers, and foliage flowers, which can be sprayed once a month in January, with a concentration of 3 parts of biogas slurry and 7 parts of clear water; slow-growing flowers, woody flowers, and flower and fruit trees, according to Fertility requirements, 1 part of biogas slurry plus 3 parts of water top dressing. (3) acupuncture points: digging points can be used at the root tip, using biogas slurry, biogas residue mixed application, depending on the size of the tree, each plant ranging from 0.5 to 5 kg.

2. Potted plants (1) Preparation of culture soil: Biogas residue and pot soil mixed for more than 3 months after rotting, the ratio is: 1 kg of fresh biogas residue, 2 kg of potted soil, or 1 kg of dry biogas residues and 9 kg of potted soil. (2) change pots: potted plants planted 1 to 3 years, need to change the soil, expand the earthworms, general varieties can be used to prepare the above method of cultivation of soil filling, rare varieties need to add a little basin soil to reduce the content of biogas fertilizer. Where new planting, change basin flowers, no new leaves do not catch fertilizer (20 to 30 days). (3) Dressing: Potted flowers are generally less soil and less nutritious. They need artificial supplements, but the time and amount of supplements are the key to potted flowers, especially the cultivation of flowers on the balcony.

3. Precautions (1) The biogas fertilizer must be fully decomposed, especially the biogas residue. The new biogas residue can be stored in the barrel for 20 to 30 days before reuse. (2) Before biogas slurry is used as top dressing and foliar fertilizer, it should be left open for 2 to 3 hours. (3) The amount of biogas fertilizer potted plants should be calculated. Do not worry about urgency and excessive fertilization.

Third, the crop base fertilizer

When used as a base fertilizer, the biogas residue should vary depending on the crop and its variety. Generally, 1500-3000 kg of biogas residue is applied per acre, and it is thrown in when plowing, and it can also be applied before or after transplanting. When topdressing, the dosage per acre is 1500 to 3000 kg. When fertilizing, first ditch or dig a hole next to the crop, and immediately cover the soil after fertilization.
