Installation and wiring
1. Open the box and check that the equipment is in good condition.

Maintenance precautions
1. After the furnace is used for the first time or after a long time of use, it should be baked at 120 °C for 1 hour and baked at 300 °C for 2 hours to avoid cracking of the furnace. The furnace temperature must not exceed the rated temperature to avoid damage to the heating element and the lining. It is forbidden to directly inject various liquids and dissolve metals into the furnace to keep the furnace clean.
2. When the furnace is used, since the furnace is cold, it needs a large amount of heat absorption, so the heating rate in the low temperature section is not easy to be too fast, and the difference in heating rate of each temperature section is not too large. The temperature of the sintered material should be fully considered when setting the heating rate. Chemical properties, so as to avoid the phenomenon of spraying and pollute the furnace.
3. Regularly check that the contact of the electrical connection part of the temperature control system is good. Pay special attention to whether the connection of each connection point of the heating element is tight.
4. During the working process, if the control deviation is generally not around 200 °C ~ 300 °C, the temperature display value does not match the program given value or the swing is too large, and the setting of the parameter "M5, P, t" is accurate.
5. Applicable to the following working conditions:
(1) The ambient temperature is between -10 and 75 °C.
(2) The relative humidity of the surrounding environment does not exceed 85%.
(3) There is no conductive dust around the furnace, explosive gases and corrosive gases that seriously damage metals and insulating materials.
