Second, production performance
1. The Beijing Hua Pig I Series has an average body weight of 95 kg for June-old boars and an average weight of 90 kg for sows. Beijing Flower Pig I has a fast growth rate and a high feed utilization ratio of 1:3.5. Beijing pigs breed pigs are docile and sexually active, and can be mated in June. The sowâ€™s initial period is 160-185 days, and the estrus cycle is 18-21 days.
2. Beijing Hua Pig II: The average number of litters was 11.4, and pigs were 170 kg old and reached 90 kg. The carcass lean percentage was 56.2%. Crossbreeding effect with Great White pigs: Large-flowered hybrid pigs were 165 days old and weighed 90 kg, and the lean meat percentage of the carcass was more than 59%. When sows were used, the average number of litters was 13.0. Landrace pigs were used as the second male parent.
