Straw change gas new rural new energy

In rural areas, straw is often considered a waste product, frequently burned and causing pollution. However, in Xiaozhou Village, located in Sanshan District, this agricultural residue has been transformed into a clean energy source, providing gas for over 400 households. The driving force behind this transformation was Chen Luwu, who recently had just secured a World Bank loan to further expand his project. Chen first learned about converting straw into gas through a TV program called "Gold Land" while working at the Anqing Kaili Gas Station in 1998. Intrigued by the concept, he conducted research and brought the idea back to his hometown. In 1999, he selected Xiaozhou as the ideal location for the project due to its well-planned layout and abundant straw resources. The process involves gasifying straw and rice husks to produce methane, carbon monoxide, and hydrogen—clean gases that can be used for cooking and heating. In November 2002, Chen invested over 27 million yuan to build and launch the straw gas station. Initially, more than 100 families started using the gas, thanks to the village’s openness to new ideas. However, Chen noticed some issues with the initial technology: low heat output and high tar content. To address this, he partnered with an agricultural research institute. By adding 4 cubic meters of liquefied gas per 100 cubic meters of straw gas, the heat output doubled. As the technology improved, more villagers adopted the system. Teacher Liu, one of the early users, praised the system: “Straw gas is the most cost-effective option. It's clean and cheap. I only spend around 30 yuan a month, which is much less than LPG.” He demonstrated the stable blue flame from his stove, showing how it heats efficiently without leaving soot. Similarly, Aunt Wang appreciated the convenience of having a continuous gas supply without the hassle of changing gas cylinders. After 2003, rising LPG prices pushed Chen to further refine the technology. By 2004, he had significantly reduced tar levels and nearly doubled the calorific value. His profits from operating LPG stations were reinvested into improving the straw gas system, increasing the number of users to over 400 households. In 2007, the World Bank launched a project in China, and Chen successfully applied for 8.06 million yuan in funding. With this support, he aimed to upgrade the underground pipeline network in Xiaozhou and eventually provide gas to over 2,400 residents by 2010. He also planned to develop straw gas production equipment and explore the market for charcoal, a by-product of the process. Chen believes the success of his project aligns with national policies on energy conservation and environmental protection. His long-term vision is to turn Xiaozhou into a model for straw gas technology, promoting it not just within the province, but across the country and even globally. For him, this is more than a business—it's a movement toward sustainable rural development.

Mycoprotein 70%

1. Product Introduction:
MSG residue is obtained by inoculating Corynebacterium glutamicum in corn starch sugar, and then directly fermenting the glutamate supernatant to obtain dry matter, which is then purified to obtain single-cell protein. It is a microbial raw material product between animal and Plant Protein feeds, rich in various amino acids, trace elements, digestive enzymes and abundant growth factors, which is beneficial to animal digestion and absorption. It can replace some high-protein raw materials such as fish meal and corn protein meal in feed, and is widely used by feed companies.
2. Product efficacy:
1). improve the umami of feed, has the effect of feeding.
2). The total amount of leucine, isoleucine and valine is more than 10%, which effectively promotes the release of insulin and growth hormone, and improves the muscle growth rate and immune function of animals.
3). It can effectively provide the utilization rate of feed, promote the growth effect of livestock and poultry, fish and shrimp, and improve the survival rate, growth rate and egg yield of livestock and poultry.
4). Lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels, thus reducing the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease, and improving animal function.
