l, build shed: According to the number of planting, build a fungus shed, generally every 10,000 bags 120 square meters, the shed can not be too bright, otherwise it will affect the normal growth of mycelium.

2. Material preparation: Calculated with 10,000 bags, 11 tons of heavy wet sawdust, 3 cubic meters of thin-leaved sawdust, 2 tons of bran, 100 kg of sugar, 100 kg of gypsum and other materials must be used together.

3, bagging: 1 the thickness of sawdust, bran, gypsum fully stir evenly, the sugar is fully melted into the water. Spread the water evenly onto the stirring material. How much water depends on the wet and dry of sawdust. It is advisable to mix the finished moisture to 65%-70%. 2 The material is loaded into a 53 cm 15.2 cm bag by a bagging machine. The weight of the packed bag is between 1.8 and 1.9 kilograms. The upper and lower tightness should be the same. If it is too tight, it will easily produce a support bag. Loosening will affect its yield. And bacteria bags break easily.

4. Sterilization: It is usually sterilized with normal pressure, and 3000-3500 bags per pot are appropriate. Use steam to make the bag reach 100°C and steam for 20 hours to eliminate hazardous bacteria in the feed.

5. Inoculation: In a closed manner, the temperature is lowered to below 25° C., and the sterilized bacteria bags are sterilized for 3-5 hours. Afterwards, four holes were punched on the front of each bag. The mash was stuffed and tightly packed and then stuck with adhesive tape.

6, germs: the bacteria bag has been connected to restore the bacteria at room temperature for 2 days, the temperature was raised to 18-25 °C, germination, bacteria kept clean, until the bacteria grow to 10 cm when the puncture Oxygen, the original four stacked together into three, so that the air fully into the cocoon. When the bacteria grows to the back, a second oxygen release is performed. The number of puncture holes is 18-22.

In the later stages of the germination process, the bag itself produces heat and the temperature should be kept below 28°C.

7, the lower ground: in June, the bag out of a good bag of bacteria, down to the small arch shed has been built, with a fine sand to plug the seam tightly packed. At the same time, micro-spraying or artificial water spray should be used so that the bacteria bags cannot lose water. According to weather conditions, water is sprayed 3-4 times a day. The density of the sunshade net of the vegetable shed should be above 90%.

8, mushroom management: After 3-5 days of water, mushroom buds will grow up, should be taken too dense, deformed mushroom buds. With the growth of mushroom buds, the amount of water spray should be gradually reduced, otherwise it will affect the quality of mushrooms. The mushroom shed must not exceed 25°C, picking according to the quality of mushroom collection, at least 3 times a day.

9, after the management of the second oyster mushroom: With the reduction in the number of mushrooms, increase the number of water spray replenishment, so that sufficient water to supplement, carry out sterilizing bacteria. After the bacteria is off, use a rubber or soft foam to shake the mushroom stick to stimulate the mushroom. With the number of mushrooms, the mushroom rods will shrink, cracks will occur between the bacteria sticks, and the cracks should be smoothed out with fine sand in time.
