6 Homogeneity: After the sunflower milk was added with sugar and milk powder, it was colloid milled once and then homogenized with a homogenizer at a pressure of 25-50 MPa for 5 minutes.
7 Fermentation: Blended sunflower seed milk was continuously heated at 80°C for 10 minutes, rapidly cooled to 45°C for inoculation and filling, and incubated at (42.51)°C for 3 hours at constant temperature after filtration, which was obtained after cooling.

1. The sensory index is slightly gray with a neat appearance, no bubbles, no impurities, uniform and smooth organization, good coagulation, moderate acidity and sweetness, and a unique fragrance of sunflower kernels.
