Environmental control: (1) Temperature: Normally, the first week's incubation temperature is 33-35°C in the first week, and then 2°C lower in the next week. (2) Humidity: The humidity in the chicken house is generally appropriate (about 70%), and the humidity above the medium chicken is not so high as to prevent the growth of pathogens and the production of harmful gas from excrement and residue fermentation. (3) Density: According to the variety of chickens, age, feeding methods and production purposes, reasonable arrangements are made so that each chicken has ample drinking, eating, and rest positions. Second, strict disinfection 1. Precautions for vaccination: Antibody monitoring should be performed before immunization; the use of vaccines, vaccine dosages, and other precautions should be mastered during vaccination; observe carefully and take care after immunization, and pay attention to the prevalence of external diseases and chickens.
