The risk of loosening the brain and dementia will increase significantly

The human body is not only loose in the bones, but also loose in the brain. To be precise, it is loose white matter. The Department of Neurology, Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region said that severe leukoaraiosis will cause a significant decline in cognitive function, which is what people call "Alzheimer's disease". In imaging examinations, normal brain images often show an elliptical bright spot in the middle, a bit like an irregular egg, where the ventricle is located, and surrounded by gray matter. However, many people can see that there are white areas outside the bright brain, and sometimes even these white areas are connected into a piece, surrounding the ventricle. In the eyes of laymen, it is like a brain. Being "smashed" out of a "hole." If you see this on the imaging test, be careful, because it is likely that leukoaraiosis has already occurred. According to Professor Liu Xinfeng, director of the Department of Neurology, Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region, the human brain is divided into gray matter and white matter. The gray matter is mainly neurons, and the white matter is nerve fibers. The two together form the brain. The white matter is actually nerve fibers. There is a problem in this part. "More and more studies have confirmed that white matter may be closely related to the increasingly frequent cognitive dysfunction," Liu Xinfeng said. After two years, the experts collected 74 patients through the clinic. These patients were all older than 55 years old, and had mild cognitive impairment, which was characterized by memory loss and lasted more than 3 months, and the relevant test scores were lower. Normal standard, but does not meet the diagnostic criteria for dementia. After excluding the possibility of cognitive impairment caused by special causes, 74 patients underwent relevant cranial imaging studies to determine whether there was leukoaraiosis. It was found that 33 of them had leukoaraiosis. The experts then followed up the patients and found that 9 of the patients without leukoaraiosis developed severely, reaching the level of dementia, with a proportion of 22%. In the observation group associated with leukoaraiosis, a total of 15 people progressed to dementia, with a ratio of 45%, which is twice as high as the former. "This figure proves that when the white matter appears loose, the risk of dementia will increase significantly, and leukoaraiosis can be used as a cognitive risk disorder, or an independent risk factor for Alzheimer's disease." Liu Xinfeng said. Leukoaraiosis is mainly related to insufficient blood supply to the brain, and is closely related to cerebrovascular disease. Liu Xinfeng said: "The current study found that if there are more than two risk factors in the high-risk factors of smoking, high blood pressure, diabetes, and age, and the medical history is more than several years, the imaging examination can almost always show the performance of leukoaraiosis. According to experts, because leukoaraiosis can be seen in imaging examinations, it can cause the attention of the parties early and intervene. Professor Liu Xinfeng suggested that people with high blood pressure, diabetes, smoking history, and older ages should be able to understand their own situation by undergoing simple brain imaging examinations. For these high-risk groups, the first step is to actively treat the underlying disease, control the blood sugar, blood pressure and other indicators within the ideal range, reduce the inflammatory response of blood vessels, and reduce the degree of vascular disease. At the same time, if these patients use aspirin under the guidance of a doctor to improve blood viscosity, it may be the simplest and most effective preventive treatment. At the same time, consciously carrying out some rehabilitation training can delay the process of cognitive decline. Meditech Medical Network

Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide range of applications among which we usually use it to make pharmaceutical packaging products. Each time when we receive the original Polypropylene materials we have ordered,  we will do a series of modifications on them to form some useful pellets that will used in our products. One kind of these reproduced particles will be used to make caps for pharmaceutical ampoule bottles. We now have a big stable customer base in our domestic market. In future, we will do our best to serve the worldwide clients. If you are looking for a cooperator in our country, maybe we are a good choice for you. Warmly wait for your inquires!
