First, pay attention to adding methods. There are usually three ways to add: spraying, soaking, and cavitation. The first is spraying, which is used for large-scale emergence of fruit bodies. When spraying, be careful not to face the fruiting body. At the same time pay attention to "four do not spray": 1 young mushroom buds do not spray, so as not to "swollen." 2 If you have just picked mushrooms or mushrooms, do not spray them so as not to cause bacterial diseases. 3 Do not spray when the air humidity is too high, because the spray effect is poor when the humidity is too high. 4 When the pests and diseases in the mushroom sheds (rooms) are serious, they are not sprayed. The second is soaking, which is mainly used for bag planting or block planting. After harvesting 1-2 tidal mushrooms, if the cultivation bag (block) is in a state of severe water shortage, the bag or block is soaked in the well-matched nutrient solution until it recovers to near its original weight. The use of soaking method to add nutrient solution, only in the nutrient solution tank or pool, into the bag (block) after the weight can be pressed, but the soaking time should not be very long, if too much water, can be divided into several Submersion. The third is the burrowing, which is mainly used on the bed of bacteria. When the mushroom bed has more mushrooms, the nutrient consumption is too large. The method is to open the cover soil on the bacteria bed, insert the funnel into the material surface and inject 4-7 milliliters of nutrient solution, 10 centimeters from the point, and cover the soil after adding the nutrient solution.

Second, to grasp the appropriate concentration. If the concentration is too high, not only the absorption of mycelium is difficult, but also it will hinder the growth of mycelia. If the concentration is too low, the physiological effect is not obvious and the purpose of high yield and high efficiency cannot be achieved. At the appropriate concentration, the addition will also depend on the humidity inside the material. If the moisture content of the culture material is high, it is necessary to increase the concentration of the nutrient solution, reduce the amount of water, and increase ventilation after the addition. On the contrary, it is necessary to reduce the concentration of nutrient solution and increase water consumption. The concentration of commonly used nutrients in edible fungi is: urea 0.3-0.5%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.2%.

Third, nutrition should be comprehensive and reasonable. In order to prevent a single nutrient solution, several nutrient solutions should be used alternately, so that a variety of nutrients required for fruit body growth can be satisfied, and the fruit body can be developed well and normal, and the quality and yield can be significantly improved. If hormones are used to stimulate the growth of mushrooms, they should be added after supplementing the nutrient solution.

Fourth, pay attention to environmental changes. In general, when the temperature reaches 20°C or above, mushroom hyphae are difficult to form high-quality fruit bodies (excluding high-temperature types), and in principle, no nutrient solution is added. If the culture material has been contaminated with bacteria, the bacteria must be removed before supplementing the nutrient solution. In order to prevent the contamination of bacteria, it is also possible to add a certain amount of bacteriostatic agent while adding the nutrient solution to prevent the spread of germs.
